Les Arcs Childcare

We offer afternoon childcare and creche facilities for Ski Beat guests staying in Les Arcs. The childcare service enables parents and young children alike to enjoy their family skiing holiday to the full. We employ qualified British nannies to care for your children, leaving you free to ski safe in the knowledge that they are being cared for in the best possible way.

Les Arcs Creche - this is situated below Chalet Marmotton and caters for children aged 3 months - 4 yrs inclusive. It provides a clean, safe and stimulating environment for the children using the service. The creche is organised according to age groups and activities, providing all the facilities required by a modern day nursery. The Ski Beat nannies will have the equipment set up ready for the children's arrival in the morning. There are lots of games, toys and craft materials to stimulate the children. In addition, there will be time to play outside, subject to weather conditions and parental consent. After lunch there will normally be a quieter period and children needing a sleep will be able to do so in the separate sleeping area.

Les Arcs Afternoon Childcare:

For children aged 4-7 yrs inclusive booked into morning ski school with ESF, we offer a lunch and afternoon service from the end of ski school until 17.00 Sunday to Friday inclusive. The Nanny will be on hand during ski lessons and will collect the 6 children in their care from ski school, provide lunch and supervised afternoon activities. We strongly advise against 3 year olds skiing: most schools will not even take them.

Les Arcs Private Nanny Service:

A private nanny service is available for groups who book a complete chalet. The service is based on 6 days cover and includes lunch: it will take place in your chalet. The nanny will be responsible solely for those children in your group. The number of children she can look after is in accordance with the Ski Beat nanny:child ratios shown. It is not possible to mix children requiring all day care with those attending morning ski school and afternoon childcare.

Childcare Availability: We will not take bookings for our childcare service on-line: from years of experience we believe that this is best discussed over the telephone, so please call Ski Beat on 01243 780 405. Deposits are required for the childcare services: £50 per creche or afternoon care place, and £200 per private nanny. Deposits are non-refundable and cancellation charges apply, as per our booking terms and conditions.
