Select Service

In some of our ski chalets we provide upgraded cuisine:

Freshly baked croissants & pain au chocolat will be served in addition to the normal breakfast.

In the evening you will receive canapés & aperitifs (non-alcoholic for children) before dinner and Cordon-Bleu style food: Select Service is limited to certain chalets, which are run by more experienced cooks and chefs. To complement your meal we serve free and unlimited good quality Red and Whites wines during the course of dinner. (Please click on Ski Beat chalet wines to see the selection we offer.) A cheeseboard with fresh fruit will be provided at the end of the meal and then freshly ground coffee or decaffeinated coffee are served in the lounge.

A fruit bowl is provided for your stay.

This upgraded service is based around the catering rather than any other aspect of your ski holiday.

Chalet Cristal 3, Val d'Isere (sleeps 10) - all 5 rooms en-suite, bootwarmers, Wi-Fi, DVD, ski back to 100m away.

Chalet La Vieille Grange, Meribel (sleeps 10/12) - all 5 rooms en-suite, sauna, bootwarmers, DVD, courtesy bus to ski slopes
