Maintenance Person

THIS POSITION HAS NOW BEEN FILLED FOR THIS SEASON.

Ski Beat requires a hard working multi skilled individual with a flexible easy going attitude to be responsible for the repairs/maintenance of chalets/staff accommodation in six resorts.

The applicant must have worked as a trades person or in a maintenance role and preferably have some idea of the hospitality industry. You must have a clean, valid, full driving licence and have your own vehicle (work related mileage will be reimbursed).

Your responsibilities:

Repairing a diverse range of problems from broken beds to common electrical problems to water blockages etc.
Spotting potential problems before they arise.
Liaise with local tradesmen where necessary.
Dealing with emergencies when they occur.
Assisting in chalets if required.

Comprehensive training in La Plagne
Accommodation

Uniform – polo shirts, fleece and ski jacket
Season lift pass
Ski/board and boot hire
Lessons (free when available)

Return transport from the UK at the beginning and end of the season
Wages paid monthly into UK bank account
