Fantastic opportunity to work in high, snow sure French Resorts using your excellent catering skills. Flexible, confident, individuals to assist in the day-to-day running of the chalets and to ski host two days of the week.
The position of Reserve Host requires you to work along side our Chalet Hosts and to step in and make yourself at home in any kitchen and ensure that the guests receive the same smooth running of the chalet and high level of service.
Your responsibilities (Reserve Host job description below)
For six days a week you’ll provide or assist in providing cooked breakfast, afternoon tea and a three course evening meal with wine and coffee. You will also be responsible for keeping the chalet clean and tidy at all times whilst caring for guests in a warm and friendly manner. Plus, on the first two days of the guest’s holiday you will provide ski hosting subject to demand.
Please note: If you have completed a cookery course, worked in a commercial kitchen or can show relevant catering experience, this will greatly increase your chances of being invited for an interview. You should also ski or board to an advanced level.
