The main purpose of the job: To give support to chalet hosts in designated resort helping to provide guests with an excellent holiday by complying with Ski Beat standards. When necessary running a chalet using your excellent catering & cleaning skills, for a few days or whole week, to cover illness, injury or staff shortages. On Saturday's assisting the Resort Manager with transfers. Key responsibilities: |

Your duties include:
- Sharing responsibility for the efficient running of the chalet(s) with the chalet host(s) (see chalet host job description).
- Helping in the kitchen, serving and preparing meals.
- Keeping the chalet clean at all times.
- Teamwork, participation in a rota for the collection and delivery of laundry and general supplies between chalets.
- Keeping access paths and steps to and from the chalets and any other communal steps free of snow and ice at all times, (this is hard physical outdoor work - requiring plenty of stamina).
- Picking up and distributing ski passes.
- Assisting guests with ski hire.
You will enjoy variety and working with different people in the team. You should have a good command of French and you must be able to cook to a high standard and be a convivial host. This job requires the same skills and experience as a chalet host with extra flexibility!
