A fantastic opportunity to work in high, snow sure resorts in France using your excellent catering skills. Ski Beat is looking for professional, friendly and enthusiastic individuals and couples/friends to run their catered chalets.

Your responsibilities: (full description below)

For six days a week you’ll provide cooked breakfast, afternoon tea and a three course evening meal with wine and coffee. You will also be responsible for keeping the chalet clean and tidy at all times whilst caring for guests in a warm and friendly manner.

Please note: If you have completed a cookery course, worked in a commercial kitchen or can show relevant catering experience, this will greatly increase your chances of being invited for an interview.

Comprehensive training in La Plagne
Accommodation
Food
Uniform – polo shirts, fleece and ski jacket
Season lift pass
Ski/board and boot hire
Lessons (free when available)
Medical insurance
Return transport from the UK at the beginning and end of the season
Wages paid monthly into UK bank account
Holiday pay + bonus
