Ski Beat is a Tour Operator with 26 years experience in providing Catered Chalet Holidays to the French alpine resorts of La Plagne, Les Arcs, La Tania, Meribel, Val d’Isere and La Rosiere.

Assistant Recruitment Manager

Job Overview

• Pre and post interview administration.
• Planning and organising interviews and interview days.
• Interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Dealing with customer service issues during the winter months.

We are looking for an individual with the following skills

• Educated to University level or equivalent.
• Qualified in HR or a related field with experience in interviewing.
• Conversant with legislation compliance and good HR practices
• Knowledgeable of the ski or tourism environment with overseas work experience.
• An excellent communicator.
• Experienced in the use of MS Word, Excel and Access.
• Well organised with admin experience.
• A quick learner with a desire to build a career within a growing company.
• In possession of a UK NI number and valid driving licence.

Ski Travel Consultant

Job Overview

• Sales – dealing with inbound sales via telephone, email and the web.
• Reservations – Booking all aspects of a client’s holiday using our bespoke reservation system.
• Administration - following internal processes, updating websites etc.
• Ad hoc reports - supporting management by doing research, gathering data, providing and presenting reports

We are looking for an individual with the following skills

• Excellent customer service
• An eye for detail
• Good communication and IT skills
• Flexible and adaptable
• Skiing / snowboarding experience

It would be an advantage if you have previous experience within the travel industry
