NOTES:

Please do not book your lift passes any later than the Thursday afternoon before your departure date, as we cannot guarentee that they will be processed in time for the Resort Managers to collect them from the lift pass office.

The "Vanoise Express" that links la Plagne & Les Arcs is due to re-open on the 20th Dec 08, see information on news page.

SKIING ON DAY OF ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE: Most clients will be able to ski for 6 days, from the day after arrival, i.e. Sunday through to Friday. If you are on the 7am Manchester flight you may be able to ski on the afternoon of arrival – you can either buy a 7 day pass starting on arrival day, or buy a 6 day pass starting on the day after arrival, and then when you get to resort, buy a half day pass (the cost is almost the same). If you are on the Gatwick Thomson flight which departs from Chambery at 20.00 on your return flight, you can buy a 7 day pass starting on day after arrival, which will be valid for you to ski on the morning of your departure. Please note that transfer times may vary due to flight delays and adverse weather - we cannot refund any part of a lift pass if not used.

GROUPS do not need to book passes together: the online booking facility can be used individually - you just need to know the resort and your Ski Beat chalet name.

YOUR PAYMENT is processed by Ski Beat France, the following cards are accepted: Visa Debit, Visa Credit or Mastercard - there is no charge for this. After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt from Ski Beat France and your order will normally be processed within 3 days. Your ski lift passes will be delivered to your chalet ready for your first day's skiing.

If you don't want to pre-book your ski passes, you can buy them through our Rep on the coach transfer to resort or once at your chalet. The above cards are accepted but there is an additional 3€ charge if using a card on the coach or in a chalet; this charge is waived when pre-booking.

BEGINNERS: We advise you to check with the ski school on lift pass requirements.

FAMILY PASS: when buying a family pass, each person still gets their own pass
