Colin, Stayed in Chalet Chamois in March 2023
"We stayed in Chalet Chamois and our host Graham was absolutely excellent! We received such a friendly welcome and he created a relaxing and warm atmosphere from the moment we stepped through the door. It felt like Graham was part of our group - of course, he was professional throughout our stay, but talking to him was easy, from day-to-day chit chat to his brilliant knowledge of the resort, including some great tips on runs to ski based on how the season had been going. Graham’s skills in the kitchen were very well received too, the food was great and exactly what was needed before and after a day on the slopes. We had a mixed ability group for our stay and Graham took time to offer his advice and support to us all based on what type of activity we were doing. Liv from Chalet Marmotton came in for one day and was also very good. I’d also like to praise our rep for the week, David. Very friendly, very informative and created a seamless transfer experience (he couldn’t have done anything about the strikes in Albertville of course!). We bumped into Malcolm one evening and he took time to have a conversation on his way out of our chalet, giving us tips on the next day’s skiing given the weather forecast due. I love the atmosphere your staff create in resort, they’re a credit to Ski Beat and wonderful people."
Nicholas, Stayed in Chalet Chamois in March 2023

Jude, Stayed in Chalet Chamois in February 2023
"Graham was brilliant. Knowledgeable, welcoming, invited our friends in another skibeat chalet to join us for dinner one night and made all the arrangements. Helped us to sort chalet host night off & was clear about how to manage everything whilst he was away. Kept everything clean, tidy and homely. Both he and Charlotte cooked us delicious meals & cakes - thank you! I had lots of discussions with Zoe in the sales team prior to purchasing the trip and before going away. Very quick to answer the phone, always incredibly polite and helpful. Knowledgeable. The only thing they need to know is that you definitely need shoes/flip flops of some sort to get down to the sauna from Chalet Chamois with those metal steps!"

"We are experienced skiers and have worked in the industry ourselves (indeed that is how I met my wife 26 years ago). This was our most successful family skiing holiday to date - price was good, had never skied in Les Arcs before which we enjoyed, chalet comfortable. All helped by the glorious weather we had. However, cannot over emphasise how much having Nick running our chalet made the difference. Nick's calm and efficient manner had a very relaxing effect on the overall holiday. All the children said this too which is unlike children! We all wish him well."
