Gatwick Departures (British Airways Charter Flights)

If you are flying from Gatwick, your flight will be operated as a British Airways charter service. Although the aircraft and crew are provided by British Airways, these are not scheduled BA flights.

As a result, British Airways Executive Club benefits, including Avios, Tier Points, online check-in and priority services, do not apply. Check-in is completed at the airport on the morning of departure

Manchester Departures (Jet2 Flights)

If you are flying from Manchester, your flight will be operated by Jet2. You will be able to check in online from the Wednesday prior to departure, as well as add any extra baggage or reserve seats if you wish.

Baggage Allowance

For Gatwick departures (British Airways charter flights), the allowance is 23kg of hold luggage and 10kg of hand luggage per person. Infants are permitted 23kg of hold luggage.

For Manchester departures (Jet2 flights), the allowance is 22kg of hold luggage and 10kg of hand luggage per person. Infants do not receive a hold luggage allowance.

Please note, ski equipment (skis, snowboards and blades) is not included in your standard baggage allowance. Ski boots must be packed within your hold luggage.

Ski Carriage

There is a £74 charge per snowboard or per pair of skis, which must be booked and paid for in advance. Ski carriage is limited on each flight, so we strongly recommend booking early. Airport requests may be possible but are not guaranteed and do not ensure space on transfers.
