What's Included
On your Ski Beat holiday, you’ll be treated to scrumptious home-cooked dishes, tasty treats, and plenty of locally sourced wine! Six evenings a week, we serve a three-course dinner with unlimited red, white, or rosé wine — and on Thursdays we change things up with a cheeseboard of local favourites for dessert served with a glass of port and followed by delicious handmade chocolate truflles.

Your week begins in style: on arrival at your chalet, enjoy handmade canapés and aperitifs in the lounge while your host gives you a warm welcome and introduces you to the resort.
Breakfast Time

Start your day with a hearty cooked breakfast of bacon, eggs, beans or hash browns, and mushrooms or tomatoes, alongside cereals, porridge, yogurts, and fresh bread. A cooked breakfast is served from 8–9am on four mornings, with a continental spread available on the other three days.

Nothing says chalet life like homemade cake or biscuits. Every afternoon self serve fresh bakes with a choice of teas, best enjoyed while relaxing in the lounge by the log fire.

Dietary Requests
Ski Beat is happy to accommodate many dietary types, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, provided we’re notified in advance. We currently do not charge for diet requests. All food ordering and menu planning for your stay is completed in the week before arrival, we require at least 14 days’ notice of any dietary requirements. Please be aware that there are some practical limitations in resort. Alternative products for dairy, wheat and other intolerances can be difficult to source in ski destinations, so the earlier you let us know, the better. While we take great care, ingredient labelling and translation can sometimes be unclear, so unfortunately we can’t guarantee the complete exclusion of specific ingredients. In addition, we are unable to cater for guests following a high fibre, low carb, low fat or FODMAP diets. If you do not inform us until you arrive at the resort, we regret that we will not be able to satisfy your dietary request.
Children's Food
Children aged 11 and under will be served High Tea at around 6pm. This is provided at no extra cost and ensures that your child's normal routine is not disturbed: soft drinks or milk are served with the meal. It also ensures that adults can enjoy their evening meal, which is served at 7.30pm. If you have booked a whole chalet then it may be possible for your children teat together - please speak to your chalet hosts on arrival. We don’t offer an infant catering service, however we can provide a small selection of suitable items such as yoghurts and simple puréed fruit and vegetables for the parents.
Allergies
If you have a food allergy or specific dietary requirement, please inform us in writing by emailing us at ski@skibeat.co.uk. While we will always do our best to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of specific allergens. By travelling with Ski Beat, you acknowledge that our chalet hosts, although fully trained, are not medically qualified professionals, and despite their best efforts, it is not possible to ensure zero contact with particular foodstuffs. There is also a risk of cross-contamination, particularly as we cannot control food brought into the chalet by other guests. For guests with an airborne nut allergy or for those who are allergic to even trace amounts of nuts. We cannot guarantee that ingredients supplied to us are completely free from nut traces or that they have been produced or handled in nut-free environments.
The Festive Season
An Alpine chalet is a wonderful place to spend the festive season. We provide Christmas trees and decorations. On the day itself, you can look forward to aperitifs, turkey with all the trimmings, flaming Christmas pudding, mince pies, and of course, Christmas crackers. For New Year most of our resorts will have torch-lit descents, fireworks and other celebrations. Alternatively, you could just enjoy New Year's Eve dinner in your chalet with a glass or two of fizz.
