canapés & aperitifs
A lovely start to the week, on arrival in your chalet, handmade pre-dinner canapes and aperitifs will be served to you in the lounge whilst your chalet host welcomes you to your chalet and introduces you to the resort.
delicious cooked breakfasts
Start your day with a delicious cooked breakfast that includes bacon, eggs, Heinz beans or hash browns and mushrooms or tomatoes plus a selection of cereals, porridge, yogurts and fresh bread. Served 8am to 9am.
homemade cakes & afternoon tea
Scrumptious homemade cakes and a choice of teas are provided every day, best enjoyed while you relax in the lounge area in front of the log fire.

To complement your meal we serve free and unlimited good quality red and white wines during the course of dinner. After dinner, fresh ground coffee or decaffeinated coffee as well as tea is served in the lounge.
If you have a specific dietary need please let the Brighton office know at least 14 days prior to your holiday start date. Ski Beat can cater for Vegetarians (no meat, no fish), Vegetarian (no meat), we can also cater for the following allergies and provide no nuts, no eggs, and Coeliac/Gluten Free Menus . This means that we will not knowingly include the above ingredients in our cooking, we will advise our chalet hosts, and the relevant airline, however we can not guarantee that these ingredients will not be in the environment, and nor can we guarantee that their wont be cross-contamination.
Children aged 11 and under will be served High Tea at around 6pm. This is provided at no extra cost and ensures that your child's normal routine is not disturbed: soft drinks or milk are served with the meal. It also ensures that adults can enjoy their evening meal, which is served at 8pm. If you have booked a whole chalet then you can eat together - please speak to your chalet hosts on arrival.
The Festive Season
An Alpine chalet is a wonderful place to spend the festive season. We provide Christmas trees and decorations. On the day itself, you can look forward to aperitifs, turkey with all the trimmings, flaming Christmas pudding, mince pies, and of course, Christmas crackers. For New Year most of our resorts will have torch-lit descents, fireworks and other celebrations. Alternatively, you could just enjoy New Year's Eve dinner in your chalet with a glass or two of fizz.
