"Claudia was absolutely FANTASTIC - she did everything possible to make our stay great, going above and beyond in many ways. For instance she asked our 3yr old son what he was most looking forward to about the holiday to which he replied "pancakes for breakfast!" so she went out of her way to make sure he we had pancakes for breakfast one day.."
