Chalet Alouette is a chalet style apartment that features 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests. Inspired by Canadian architecture and decor, it boasts a private living area with a glass fronted log burning fire and a large flat screen TV for those evenings when you just want a cosy night in. At Ski Beat, we have those holidaymakers who want more from their Paradiski holiday than just fresh powder and a home away from home - they’re looking for a touch of luxury on their doorstep, too. And if luxury is what you’re after, this 5 star residence is perfect for you.
Beyond the manned communal reception area, there are huge lounge areas, where you can relax on one of the many comfy sofas in front of a roaring open fire. For those in your party looking for a spot of pampering or indeed a spot of exercise, they can enjoy the communal area’s health facilities, which include a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and a cardio room, as well as a heated outdoor pool, which boast some of the most stunning views of the surrounding areas.
Rooms 2 & 3 can take a cot.
The apartment configuration is better suited to a group taking the whole chalet because of the cosy communal areas.
Chalet Alouette is located in the 5 star Auberge Jerome Residence, in the heart of the Arcs 1950 luxury ski resort. Your Ski Beat home away from home is only a few minutes from 40 shops, bars and tasty restaurants (the only outlet this village doesn't have is a pharmacy, so remember to pack those essentials).
Arc 1950 also boasts multiple wellness areas with heated outdoor swimming pools, saunas, a Turkish bath and Jacuzzi, which are close to the chalet, and if you’re looking for total luxury, then why not book into the Deep Nature Spa Arc 1950 (prices online).
"Not your average holiday company! Cannot rate Ski Beat highly enough, they just do things differently from other holiday companies. They recruit exceptionally well, hosts and managers strike a brilliant balance of professionalism and relaxed, friendly confidence. They find and run really nice accommodation really well. Across the entire business they are flexible, efficient and solve problems quickly and with the customer at the centre of everything."

"Ski Beat were excellent. There at the airport to direct us on arrival and departure. Great rep at the resort. Chalet maid, Paige, was knowledgeable about where to visit and places to eat (during the day and on her night off) She cooked delicious meals and fantastic cakes."

"Jake was fantastic- a lovely young man so mature, professional and friendly! A great host in all aspects (wonderful cook) and great company! We love how Ski Beat encourage hosts to sit with families at dinner - what a pleasurable experience all round . Aleks is an absolute asset to Ski Beat in every way- went out of her way always and has such a wonderful approach! We hope she’s still there next year."
Hannah stayed in Ski Chalet Alouette in Arc 1950 - Paradiski, in March 2024
"Our chalet host, Jake, was a gem! His cooking and baking was really something, I think even at the end of the season he still really enjoyed it (even though he reckons it'll be years before he can think about eating eggs again!!). His knowledge of the resort was great, he was confident, outgoing, engaging, inquisitive and fun. And being a Swindon Town fan was just the icing on the (always delicious) cake! A really, really special mention this year for Aleks. She is wonderful and we were delighted to see her again this year. Nothing is ever a trouble for her and she seems to just make everything work seamlessly. Jake told us that she is really great to work with and it seems to us that she has the knack of building teams that totally buy into the Ski Beat ethos and really deliver. The little things, like when we got into conversation about craft beer and she told me about the brewery next to the office and offered to pick me a few up of their beers to try (they were really nice as it goes...). When we heard about Alouette being refurbished this year, and not seeing it available for booking yet, she was still available after we got back on whatsapp, to find out if it would be OK to book the other 6 bed, Hibou des Neiges, for next year and maybe swap if/when the new Alouette is released. Genuinely, people as dedicated as Aleks are few and far between. We all think she is a superstar! And thanks to Aleks and Zoe in sales we are now booked in Hibou for our usual week next year... "

"Paige and Aleks were both extremely helpful and friendly. The food was lovely and when there were dishes that the children didn't like she made an alternative. There was an issue with the key cards to our apartment but that was out of their control and we were given an extra fob. If we decide to go on a catered ski holiday again then our first port of call will be Ski Beat."
